The Z-Series Adjustable Inswing (ZAI) Door Sill

The ZAI Door Sills have a narrow threshold cap, so the drip edge on the door bottom provides superior protection against air and water infiltration water by deflecting water from a full 1/4″ in front of the cap (with proper cap adjustment).
Unlike wood-based door sills, the ZAI won’t warp or rot.
Our ZAI Sills feature a composite substrate that isn’t subject to shrinking, expanding, or absorbing moisture, regardless of the weather conditions.
